Syllabus: This unit introduces students to the concepts of Cool Hunting & Trend Spotting within the context of contemporary culture. It involves research into major international social, cultural and economic factors affecting current and future changes in consumer behaviour. Students analyse the process of trend emergence and dissemination, looking at both street style, sub-cultural fashions and high end couture, designer driven fashions.
