Syllabus: | The unit examines the critical role of clinical leaders in achieving health service outcomes at a strategic level. It examines the application of health policy, health economics and legislation to the delivery of health care , the intersection of organisational planning and health service planning, the application of systems thinking, evidence based clinical and management practice, advocacy for safe practice and the marketing of health services. |
