Syllabus:	Concepts theory and operational procedure in the practice of property valuation, foundations of real property value, elements of the valuation process, definitions of real property value, established approaches to value and reconciliation, valuation reports and professional standards, building measurement and estimation of building costs, planning policy and regulations influencing the valuation process, data collection and quantitative techniques for property valuation, case studies, computer techniquesand applications.
