Syllabus: Analysis: background investigation and management reporting, data collection and documentation, communication skills, entity modelling and data analysis. Requirements determination: identification and quantification of systems objectives. Identification of system requirements: hardware, software, economics, personnel, environment, government and cost-benefit appraisal. Logical system description. Design: consideration of systems design alternatives. Manual support, implementation planning, and managementpresentation. Project management.
