Syllabus: The design and analysis of experiments. Themes include the elimination of systematic bias and reduction of error variance in experimental designs, statistical significance testing, practical significance and statistical power. Selected analyses include one-way, two-way and multi-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) for designs with between-subjects and within-subjects factors, analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) and multivariate ANOVA.
