Syllabus (HB): The leadership role at the level of philosophical thinking and linking personal leadership discoveries with philosophical and ethical thought. Classical and contemporary philosophy in Eastern and Western traditions, models and influences, and their impact on personal philosophies of leadership. Development of a personal framework for leadership philosophy translation of theories into practical applications for the workplace.
