Syllabus:	The use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) to manage personal and professional information. Covers the basics of networked computing and the internet; evaluation and use of web search engines; database management and data manipulation; image formats and multimedia; security, ethical use and archiving of digital information; and the use of Web 2.0 technologies within information services.
