Those who complete the Master of Human Services Counselling and achieve 70 per cent or higher in the research project unit within this stream are eligible to apply for entry into Doctor of Philosophy. Students may be able to combine their direct practice interests with the research project, thereby bringing together and enhancing their critical reflective skills in both research and practice. Students that satisfactorily complete 100 credit points of the degree by research (i.e. achieve 70 per cent or above in the research project unit) are eligible to apply for entry into the Doctor of Philosophy.
