Syllabus: | Development of a conceptual understanding and foundation of the theory and practice of accounting and management. Accounting: balance sheet, general ledger, journals, profit determination, balance day adjustments, depreciation, cash budgets and ration analysis. Management: nature of management, managing a global environment, foundations of management, environment and corporate culture, managerial ethics and corporate culture, motivation and leadership and teamwork in organisations. |
