Syllabus: | Persons enrolled in this graduate unit have many years' experience of personal interaction and communication. It is intended that such experiences will develop into an integrated understanding of the theories and processes people use to successfully communicate in organisational settings. In addition to a range of experiential learning experiences, it is expected that students will develop specific skills in communication techniques which will assist in promoting personal excellence in regard to the workplace, career advancement, advanced studies and research. |
