Introduction

This course extends knowledge of current academic research methodology as it is applied to aquatic resources and demonstrates advanced knowledge and skills through the conduct of a research project and preparation of an honours dissertation.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites

Refer to admission into Honours Degree Programs (General Information section). Preference will be given to students who have demonstrated an ability and interest in research and a commitment to academic excellence.

Duration and Availability

This honours course is one year full-time or equivalent part-time study. Part-time students are expected to complete within two years.

Additional Course Expenses

Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other essential study materials.
