This double major focuses on the economic environment in which financial markets and institutions operate. It also covers developments in the financial sector and the basic tenets of financial institution management. It provides a sound grounding in economics as applied to the banking sector. Students completing this degree meet the educational requirements for associate professional membership of the Economic Society of Australia (WA Branch).
