Considers the society and environment learning area of the Curriculum Framework for Western Australia along with associated student outcome statements and progress maps. Examination of the approaches to teaching, learning and assessment in society and environment. The unit examines and applies the principles of effective teaching and assessment identified in society and environment to the classroom.
