Syllabus: |
Geochemistry is widely used in rock and soil identification, mineral exploration, mineral deposit evaluation, metallurgy, resource estimation and environmental assessments. An introduction to basic geochemical concepts with an emphasis on regolith geology. Topics to be covered include rock geochemistry, chemical dispersion around mineral deposits, survey techniques, sampling, analysis and data interpretation. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
