Syllabus: |
Designed to advance students' communication skills from a personal, as well as an organisational, viewpoint. Since most of us are interested in, and concerned with, communication on a daily basis, we need to develop a strong understanding of how to improve our own communication skills in order to enhance the communication that occurs in the workplace. This unit is divided into five modules and these include functions and issues in communication, communication and perception, foundations of individual behaviour, interpersonal communication and communicating for change. |

** To ensure that the most up-to-date information about unit references, texts and outcomes appears, they will be provided in your unit outline prior to commencement. ** |
