Development of basic physiotherapy competencies in the management of spinal musculoskeletal disorders. Aspects of typical acute and chronic spinal musculoskeletal discorders covered include aetiology, pathology and clinical features, assessment, clinicaldecision making, management strategies including education, prevention, occupational health, functional rehabilitation, manipulation, work hardening and case management, health care system including legislation and insurance. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
