Syllabus:	Decision making process, behavioural issues, basic concepts of decision analysis - certainty, uncertainty and risk, measurement and judgemental processes, utility and value theory - single attribute and multiple attributes, multi-criteria decision making, resource allocation, simulation and group decision support. Use of contemporary software.
