Syllabus: |
A guided independent study of an approved topic presented either as a minor research project on an approved topic related to oenology or a literature review directed towards an oenological problem. The application of experimental design, survey techniques, systems analysis or statistics analysis or other quantitative or qualitative methods will be required. |
