Syllabus: |
Introduction to the latest techniques being used to identify microorganisms and study their transmission and spread. It includes DNA and RNA isolation, electrophoretic methods, cloning methods, sequencing, hybridisation, subtractive hybridisation, differential display, polymerase chain reactions and proteomics. |
