Syllabus:

Effective and ineffective strategies to minimise drug related harms. Research in drug education, current issues and programs. HIV/AIDS prevention and control strategies. Research in HIV/AIDS, current Australian and international issues. Educational methods, resources and programs in the HIV/AIDS area. Establishing a supportive environment, issues in human sexuality, terminology, research in human sexuality. Controversy in sexuality education in school. Useful and harmful ways of teaching sexuality education. Current programs and resources in sexuality.
