Syllabus: The World Wide Web is fast becoming a dynamic publishing / information medium and advanced web designers are capable of exploiting this feature - delivering data as required, in response to time and other cues, such as user input. Develops skills and abilities in this area, which is particularly important for e-commerce applications. Key issues include - information architecture, e-commerce design, designing online communities, designing personalised environments, dynamic environment design issues, search system design, relational database design, web application design.
