An introduction to, and overview of, electronic commerce applications, including organisational forms - traditional, distributed, virtual, regional, global, distributed multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural work teams, business process design, electroniccommerce enabled business applications including accounting, banking, marketing, retailing and share trading, issues including the legal framework, security, telecommuting, cultural differences, ethics, societal impacts and technology transfer. |
