Syllabus:	The computer across the school. Hardware and software resources appropriate for use in classrooms, computer laboratories, libraries, and school administration, security and maintenance. Cost effectiveness (cost/benefit ratio) of computer applications. Resources needed by teaching, library and administrative staff. Implementation and management of local area networks (LANs). Trends in computer resources, implications for resource allocations.
