Negotiation and advocacy. Drafting log of claims, techniques and problems. Theories of the negotiation process/behaviour - formulation of strategy. Practical exercise and case studies. Procedure in conciliation proceedings. Evidence and procedure in arbitration proceedings. Enforcement of awards. Techniques of advocacy.
