To provide graduate practitioners with advanced skill development in the field of innovative and creative staff training. In recent years the commercial nature of welfare organisations has limited the interactive capacity of communication between managers and line staff. A number of current approaches in mediation around the use of peer review and executive coaching has provided a medium for exploring new approaches to team work and leadership collaboration. This unit will explore such dimensions and theskills needed to facilitate behaviours in the corporate welfare environment.
