This unit provides an in depth understanding of the major concepts, models and skills of effective team performance for team leaders and managers. Current theories of teamwork and research on group dynamics and team performance are covered. Students learnand practise key group facilitation skills such as SAID, LENS, brainstorming and decision-making techniques. Team rewards and recognition strategies are also covered.
