The notion of legal personality. The law related to sole traders, co-operative enterprises, partnerships, associations and joint ventures. An introduction to trusts and franchise agreements. Agency law and the duties and liabilities of principal and agent. Registration of business names. An indepth coverage of the law governing corporations with an introduction to the principles of corporate governance.
