Introduction to project selection, management and evaluation, basic forms of project organisation structure, organising large projects, team development, approaches to project planning and control, performance analysis, quality assurance. Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), the control cycle, human behaviour in a project setting, contractual issues, conflict in project settings.
