Continued introduction and practice of the basic grammar and vocabulary through aural-oral and written drills based upon dialogues and short passages. Demonstration of cultural features of Japan through audio-visual aids and reading material. Introductionand practice of approximately 100 Kanji characters. Not available to students whose first language is Japanese.
