Introduction
This course is designed for managers, human resource developers, consultants and professionals from any discipline intending to develop and expand their knowledge and personal and professional skills. It develops those currently working in complex and changing organisational climates in Australia and overseas.
Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites
A degree from a recognised institution, and at least two years work experience as a manager, human resource developer, consultant or professional from any discipline. Applicants without a degree with significant work experience may also apply and be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis.
Duration and Availability
This full-time course is two semesters part-time study.
Additional Course Expenses
Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other vital study materials. In addition, students may also need to contribute some of the cost of consumables, which varies depending on the area of study.
