| Syllabus: | Creative thinking is deployed in this studio unit towards initiating new design responses to adaptive re-use of historic buildings. Students undertake research methods to synthesise knowledge and technical skills in ways that embrace history, and includes indigenous perspectives, in a contemporary context. Concepts such as culture, values, memory and identity are explored. |
