Syllabus:	Organisational issues in implementation of information systems including success factors, business process redesign, user resistance, information sysems (IS) evaluation, benefits realisation, occupational health and safety (OHS) and contractual requirements. Project management requirements including system and acceptance testing, software and hardware installation, data uptake conversion, system introduction strategies, user training and user support.
