Syllabus:	An introduction to, and overview of, electronic commerce applications, including organisational forms - traditional, distributed, virtual, regional, global, distributed multidisciplinary and multicultural work teams, business process design, e-commerce enabled business applications including accounting, banking, marketing, retailing and share trading, issues including the legal framework, security, telecommuting, cultural differences, ethics, societal impacts and technology transfer.
