Syllabus: |
Brings together the competencies needed for effective management of global operations. Emphasises not only management functions and behaviours necessary in developing effective global management skills at both organisational and individual level, but also highlights some of the strategic insights needed for the managerial role in the twenty first century. Explores cultural issues in international management, strategic models, management approaches in international joint ventures, global managerial ethics, paradigms of human resource deployment, global production, quality and other related issues. |
