This unit is designed to introduce students to basic principles and methods in statistics for application in solving problems in agribusiness. Upon completion of this subject, students will be able to understand elementary statistical concepts and methods including descriptive statistics, probability concepts and applications, sampling distributions and statistical inference, tests of significance and confidence limits. |
