Community development and management principles - applied to implementation of project and work activity, commitment to indigenous ways of working, in the workplace and in project implementation. Workplace cross-cultural activities - communication, negotiation, human resource skills, dealing with monitoring and implementation issues, upholding indigenous ways of working and community development and management principles in decision-making. Financial management - formal and informal monitoring of finances. Legal and management implementation systems and accountability requirements. Indigenous decision-making and control. |
