Analysis - background investigation and management reporting, data collection and documentation, communication skills, entity modelling and data analysis. Requirements determination - identification and quantification of systems objectives. Identification of system requirements hardware, software, economics, personnel, environment and government, cost benefit appraisal. Logical system description. Design - consideration of systems design alternatives. Manual support, implementation planning, and management presentation. Project management. |
