Syllabus: |
An introduction to the legal aspects of contracts - identifying and achieving the requirements for a project, the formation of contracts. Tendering - Negotiating a contract, identifying the managing risk, contract administration, dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation. Actual tuition undertaken as 16 hours of class in a four day module. |
