Disease processes at a cell and tissue level, injury, repair and regeneration of specific tissues - skin, peripheral nerves, bone, muscle, articular cartilage, disorders of blood and the circulatory system, diabetes, infectious diseases of the lower limb, specimen handling and laboratory techniques in diagnosis.
