Syllabus: |
Brings together the major concepts, theories and models of business management and organisational behaviour. Seminar-based. Focusing on case studies requiring application of business and problem-solving strategies within the small to medium sized business context. Participants will work in groups to plan, implement and evaluate business strategies within the context of case studies, as well as identify problems and dysfunctional behaviour through the use of problem-solving models. |
