Provides an introduction to the Australian legal system as it applies to the Internet, e-commerce and areas of information technology generally. In particular covering issues of ethics and privacy, online consumer contracts, misconduct on the Internet, domain names and other intellectual property, taxation and jurisdiction problems in this environment and cybercrime. |
