234814 v.3 International Business and Electronic Commerce Double Major

Introduction

This double major is designed for those seeking a career in international business or one of its specialisations who recognise the growing importance of the computing and communications-based technologies that make up the so-called 'information superhighway' to international trade. As business becomes more global and the nature of organisations changes to capitalise on international opportunities, international commerce and trade is becoming increasingly reliant on electronic commerce technology which will in turn create a demand for graduates who understand and have skills in both international business and electronic commerce.
