Introduction

This course provides a certificate award in urban design for professionals with existing related training, who wish to be capable of managing the increasingly complex problems of development, urban space and form.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites

A degree or equivalent qualification in architecture, urban and regional planning or landscape architecture. Applicants may be required to undertake a qualifying program to develop design and literacy, and graphic skills.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis.

Duration and Availability

This fee-paying course is one semester full-time or equivalent part-time study.

Additional Course Expenses

Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other vital study materials.
