Changes in corporate governance and civil society in the Asia-Pacific, implications of structural adjustment policies and international constraints in the national economy, the effect of economic policies in cultural and social fabric, ethnic polarisation and political instability, religious revival and fundamentalism, and civil alliances and people movements. |
