Syllabus: |
The theory and practice of the assessment of nutritional status with emphasis on dietary evaluation and anthropometry. Study of nutritional assessment in special populations, including indigeous populations, and during the lifecycle including pregnancy, infancy, childhood, adolescence and old age. The theory and practice of nutrition survey research and questionnaire design. Theory and practice of measurement error The rationale and use of Recommended Dietary Intakes and the development of Dietary Reference Values in Australia. |
