Principles of selected-laboratory instruments and methods are discussed and practical experience in their use provided. The physiological basis for test selection for disease diagnosis is presented and current and new analyses are considered. Evaluation of clinical and laboratory data illustrates the role of the medical laboratory in patient care. |
