Theoretical approaches to concepts of 'community'. The influence of physical, social, economic and political factors on planning, and individuals and land use. An introduction and analysis of 'modernism' and 'the modern movement'. The discussion and analysis of issues facing the architect and the profession of architecture in today's world. |
