Techniques for engaging the potential of all members of a learning organisation. Leadership at all levels within the organisation is proposed as the vehicle for organisational growth. Topics include traditional leadership theory, transformational leadership and more contemporary consideration including feminist leadership, emotionally intelligent leadership, leadership of Infocracies and the influence of soul and spirituality on leadership. |
