Introduces the various sub-disciplines of psychology, the structure and functions of relevant professional associations, the Code of Ethics, and the 'scientist-practitioner' paradigm. Theoretical models which underpin professional practice within the sub-disciplines of psychology are presented and foundational communication skills are introduced. |
