Examines the visual arts of Australia's Indigenous inhabitants exploring the follwing themes - the context and significance of the visual arts in Aboriginal society, the diversity of Aboriginal visual arts styles in past and present practice, the emergence of Aboriginal visual arts in the context of contemporary Australian culture and issues concerning production and distribution of contemporary Aboriginal art.
